Copies of Surf Life Saving Coaching Manual are available to be purchased for $25 inc GST plus postage and can be paid for either by credit card or cheque. The manual covers techniques, drills, training, competition and equipment for beach sprinting, board paddling, surf swimming, boat rowing, pool events, ski paddling, march past and R & R.
