Position Vacant: Event Logistics Coordinator
Surf Life Saving is seeking to employ an Events Logisitcs Coordinator for Rescue 2012.
Surf Life Saving Australia (SLSA) is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join the Rescue 2012 team in the role of Event Logistics Coordinator based out of the Surf Life Saving South Australia Head Office.
The Event Logistics Coordinator is primarily responsible for the effective operational and logistical event delivery of 2012 Lifesaving World Championships. The Lifesaving World Championships occur every 2 years and include beach and pool surf life saving events.
The successful applicant will have excellent operational/ business management skills along with knowledge and experience of Surf Life Saving, or a similar community/sporting organisation.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have completed a relevant tertiary qualification and have 3-5 years management experience working in the corporate, sport or not-for-profit sectors and have an understanding and working knowledge of the Australian sports industry.
